Our journey began in 2012 when Elisângela arrived in Australia and started working as a chef in different cafés and restaurants around Sydney. Her passion for gastronomy led her to graduate in 2016, where she discovered a love for patisserie. Over the next five years, she developed delicious recipes while working at a café, and decided to specialize further by taking courses.
In 2017, LA Fine Cakes was born as a home-based business in Clovelly starting with only two employees. With a growing demand for our treats, we moved to Rosebery in 2021, continuing our mission to create tasty and mouth-watering foods for our community now as a team.
At LA Fine Cakes, we believe every treat should give our client a little piece of happiness. We use only the finest ingredients to ensure every bite is as fresh and flavorful as possible.
